For any other country, please contact us by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@hypnoseclothing.com\">info@hypnoseclothing.com<\/a> or toll-free by telephone at 1 877 778-9800 and we will tell you the procedure to follow as well as shipping delay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clothing Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 All our clothing is guaranteed for a period of 6 months to 1 year;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 All our clothing is guaranteed against manufacturing defects (seams and visible defects);<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by wearing the clothing;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Hypnose reserves the right to evaluate the garment upon its return and to determine whether it can be repaired or must be exchanged for a new one.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We accept exchanges within two weeks of receipt of your package;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Transport costs for returns will be borne by the buyer except for an error on our part in your order;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The exchange or refund will be made following receipt of the item at our offices and after evaluation of its condition;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The Hypnose company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item is not in good condition.
