Clothing Warranty
– All our clothing is guaranteed for a period of 6 months to 1 year;
– All our clothing is guaranteed against manufacturing defects (seams and visible defects);
– The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by wearing the clothing;
– Hypnose reserves the right to evaluate the garment upon its return and to determine whether it can be repaired or must be exchanged for a new one.
Return policy
– We accept exchanges within two weeks of receipt of your package;
– Transport costs for returns will be borne by the buyer except for an error on our part in your order;
– The exchange or refund will be made following receipt of the item at our offices and after evaluation of its condition;
– The Hypnose company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item is not in good condition. For example, if it has been washed, if it has an odor or if it has been worn;
